About Us

Established in the heart of Westlake over 30 years ago, Wilson & Goldrick Realtors was founded by Cindy Goldrick, one of Austin's Top 25 Real Estate Agents, and Diane Wilson, who retired in 2002. Their vision was to create an experienced team of realtors in Austin to act as ambassadors for incoming Austin residents, and as friendly neighbors to those looking to relocate within Austin. While the company specializes in the sale of luxury homes in Westlake, the agents work all over Austin. They've helped thousands of families moving within Eanes ISD & Austin ISD. The agents guide in the process of buying, developing, and selling property; making sure people's needs are met, no matter what stage of life they may be in. Wilson & Goldrick Realtors commits to a quality of service that surpasses the competition, and as a result has been ranked as one of the Top 25 Real Estate Firms in Austin since 1997. A long-time Austin resident, Sylvia received an MBA, as well as a graduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Texas. Post graduate school the Sharplin's moved to the Los Angeles area. Shortly after the birth of their first child, she and her husband Dan made one of their best decisions to raise their children in Austin. After living in Westlake for 26 years, she and her husband purchased a fixer upper in Clarkville's Castle Hill Historic District. The Clarksville remodel turned into a 4-year project which provided first-hand learning about the intricacies of the Historic Landmark Commission, city permitting, and blending architectural styles. Sylvia is passionate about helping clients navigate similar endeavors. Sylvia's clients appreciate her sense of humor, energy, and pragmatic approach to challenges when searching for the ideal property. She is easy to work with, resourceful, and focused on exceeding expectations. She spends time walking her Italian Greyhound and Border-Doodle through the older transitional neighborhoods in Austin. She has traveled all over the world, and enjoys wake surfing and collecting Blue Dog art. Sylvia's community involvement includes Dell Medical Society, The Blanton Art Club, The University of Texas System Chancellor's Council Executive Committee, University of Texas at Austin Development Board, and Beyond Batten Disease Foundation.
