Coconut Lycheetini Recipe

Put ice into a tin.

Pour the following into tin:
—2 ounces of Deep Eddy vodka
—1 ounce of lychee juice/puree
—1 ounce of coconut juice

Shake. (A good shake will create ice crystals within the tin.)

Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lychee and coconut slice on a pick.
