To the steak, fish, and wine lovers of Colorado: we’ve found your ideal candidate. Conveniently sitting near Wadsworth and 80th Avenue is a steakhouse with mouthwatering steaks, the freshest seafood, and a gallery of wines to choose from. No matter your preference, you won’t get trapped into the typically restrictive menus definitive of high-end restaurants. From their assortment of dining choices to the seemingly endless wine selection, any and all customers will find their palate satisfied after a visit to The Butchery in Arvada, CO.

The Butchery isn’t your traditional, everyday steakhouse. From land to ocean, their menu flaunts an attractive list of fine cuts, fresh seafood, and upscale culinary creativity. Among its distinguishing factors is the strict serving of only Aspen Ridge beef, the finest USDA Prime Meat available on the market. Of course, steak isn’t the only mouthwatering option on the menu. The chefs here also offer healthy portions of delicious bison and lamb. Seafood appetizers and entrees such as crab cakes, 5oz lobster tail, and salmon entrees are all popular menu items for avid fish and crustacean lovers. Wrap it up with a decadent dessert, such as the sticky toffee pudding or chocolate slab cake, or finish off with an after-dinner irish coffee for maximum satisfaction!

Before diving into the premium steak quality and seafood selection, consider a fitting wine pairing to start the evening out right. The Butchery hosts a full-ranging wine selection for your benefit, including both popular and lesser-known cabernets, merlots, malbecs, chardonnays, pinot grigios, and many more. In total, the establishment offers nearly 50 wine listings.

Savory cocktails and varied flights are also on the drink menu alongside well drink options, especially for bourbon lovers. Cocktails are handcrafted with a high-end twist, such as the Japanese Sour containing Suntory Toki Whisky and kiwi puree. There are four flights as well, each with a split focus on bourbons, scotch, and tequila if you’re indecisive. Check out their daily happy hour for discounted drinks and appetizers, including the truffle fries and bison sliders. Furthermore, The Butchery flaunts an exquisite patio for the ambiance that you deserve.

The restaurant is managed by Karen Kristopeit-Parker, an Arvada native who's owned Fresh Fish Company and Proof Niteclub since 2004. Karen was inducted into the Colorado Restaurant Hall of Fame in 2014, making a significant mark on the local culinary community after over 40 years in the industry. Now, she’s excited to be running The Butchery’s operations. The establishment is owned by Rick Bruening and Linda Hernandez, who also own Doug’s Diners.
