*Currently, drive-thru only in response to Covid-19* Johns opened Plowboys Barbeque in Blue Springs, Mo., in 2013, followed by a downtown Kansas City location, two concession stands at Arrowhead Stadium and a third full-service location in Overland Park, Kansas. Overland Park and Downtown locations temporarily closed in response to Covid-19. Current Hours Blue Springs (Drive-Thru Only): Monday - Closed Tuesday - Friday: 4-8 p.m. Saturday - Sunday: 12 - 8 p.m.
