Always Bring Your “A” Game!

Future Stars Sports Academy, training for all sports, ages, and genders!

How do you give your kids an edge in sports this Fall? My answer, train with a former athlete, who started his own business to do just that…help boys and girls of all ages train and improve their speed, technique, and sportsmanship! Let me introduce you to Future Stars Sports Academy, https://futurestarssportsacademy.net/, owned by Ralph Sandello. “Our mission is to provide speed and agility training for athletes at all levels and ages. We are committed to assisting each athlete reach their goals.”

Let’s start with the foundation, speed and agility training which they offer for kids of all ages, levels, gender and sports. From kids starting out, to high school athletes who want to play in college.  “We time them and measure how they are improving…a 40-yard dash, broad or vertical jump and see how they are getting faster and stronger. Kids always see the NFL doing these tests, like the ‘NFL combine drill’, they see it on TV. We give them the opportunity to do the same.”, commented Ralph.

“We test our athletes for speed and agility at the beginning, middle, and end of our program. They will see the results of our training through numerical measurements. We guarantee that our athletes will see improved speed and agility in just a short 10-week period.” Ralph said, No matter what sport your kids play, we can improve their performance by helping them build on core skills like speed, agility, injury prevention, recovery, strength, explosiveness, mental toughness, and more. Our speed performance training sessions have a proven track record of helping athletes excel in a wide range of sports.”

Their head trainer is Darnell Evans who attended Shaw University to play football and was a 4-year starter. He was a 2x All American and a 3x All Conference Defensive Back. He has played professionally in America and overseas.

Future Sports Academy is more than just sports, it is a place where kids learn life skills and how to work together with kids they just met. Ralph believes that “Sports teaches kids accountability and responsibility. To get better you must work at it. They can see their hard work pay off. Our program teaches them life skills through sports.”  At our very popular football camp, kids play games and earn medals and shirts. They are put in teams, that stay together for the week. The winning team gets the medals, and the MVP gets a jersey. Every day kids have an opportunity to win something.

“We have a Future Stars Award that we give out weekly for kids who show good sportsmanship. It’s always a hard decision who is getting it; they are good kids. We also offer scholarships and are very flexible with people’s situation. I will never turn a kid down for any reason”, said Ralph. “We are getting booked for birthday parties…something I never imagined. It’s a flat fee of $400 for up to 2 hours. We take care of everything. “

In addition to summer camps and clinics, they offer afterschool programs during the week and Saturdays and Sundays throughout the school year for Agility, Basketball, Football and Lacrosse. They also offer weekly basketball clinics for boys and girls from preschool all the way to high school!

Future Stars Sports Academy is sponsored by the NY Jets. Every child gets two tickets and a parking pass to the Jets preseason games. Jets players sign helmets and gear and will be sending players to their camp to talk to them and interact with the kids.

Ralph believes that “Hard work trumps talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”  Visit https://futurestarssportsacademy.net/
