After being a trainer and coach for a number of years with JennaFit, Jenna Smiley Griffith is beginning a new venture to help women deal with societal pressures, The Healing Worthshop. Coaches guide participants through an immersive healing experience, beginning January 13 at the Wellspire Center In Nashville's Gulch. “I want others to know they are not alone,” says Jenna. Jenna shares the six health and wellness essentials:

1. Mental Alignment- Practice meditation/prayer. Connect within yourself to help set intentions for your day. PLAY!! Show gratitude!
2. Nutritional Awareness- Know which foods work best for you to help nourish and feed your body.
3. Stress Reduction - Use tapping, breathwork, meditation, exercise. Focus on gut health and create a plan for yourself. Set boundaries!
4. Rest/Self-care - Rest doesn’t always mean falling asleep. Sleep itself helps give our bodies the chance to heal and wake up refreshed.
5. Exercise- Exercise isn’t just about losing weight, but so many of us put that pressure on it, which makes it unenjoyable.
6. Natural Products and Supplements - Natural products provide antiviral, antibacterial, anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, insect repellent, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and cosmetic properties.
