Warm Up Your Front Porch This Season

Erynn Lavagnino has been a realtor for almost seven years. "I love the people I get to meet and help. I also love seeing their eyes light up and get excited when they find the ONE! home. I’m truly blessed I get to be a small part of these families story," says Erynn. She adds, "I previously worked in pediatrics for 12 years. I was diagnosed with a rare ovarian cancer and once I made it through that I thought, 'life is short.' I want to try real estate like my sister. I absolutely LOVE it!"

Her sister Sara Lavagnino is a realtor at Westhaven Realty. She's also Erynn's identical twin. Erynn exclaims, "It’s like having a built-in BFF 24/7. It’s absolutely amazing. I wish everyone could experience it. It’s also like being married too. You learn about sharing and compromising early on in life."

Real estate has its downside too. "Oh, the paperwork. Ha! I’m a people person. Thank goodness I have learned good systems over the years to help keep the paperwork organized."

Erynn and her sister originally moved to the area from California to pursue singing careers. "The Lava Girls" as they were formerly known still go out to sing every now and then, so you might be able to catch them at a local singer-songwriter night. In the meantime, check out Erynn's Instagram blog, Luxury_Living_with_Lava. She loves interior design and home staging and here she shares a few things to help make your porch a cozy place to land this fall - blankets, pillows, candles and coffee cups!
