Give the people what they want. That’s exactly the philosophy Joe had in mind when he, along with friends Jay and Tim, decided to offer the community a fresh new option to wine, dine, and indulge in a wide variety of beers.
In April, the new local hotspot Lone Wolf Brewing Co. serves up an ever-evolving menu, one that will change and grow based on valuable customer feedback. “[Since we’re] at the 10,000-foot level, we will be serving gastropub-type food,” says Joe, noting a lengthy list of diverse beer options sure to delight droves of beer enthusiasts. “We have 20 faucets—we feel that we can settle on 12 staple flavors and 8 revolving flavors.”
Lone Wolf’s vibe is effortlessly cool, combining modern, industrial, and rustic design elements for a laid-back effect.
Patrons are invited to relax and soak up the sounds of classic rock and country tunes wafting through the expansive facility, which boasts both indoor and outdoor space perfect for taking it easy.
Family-friendly fun includes games for kids of all ages to enjoy, including Jenga, cornhole, and electronic golf or bowling.
“Our mantra is put down the phones, sit at one of our large community tables, and get to know your neighbor while enjoying [the atmosphere], “says Joe.
“Let the kids play games or bring your dog for an enjoyable afternoon on our large patio—forget about everything else for a while. Lone Wolf was created as a place you can come unwind, relax, have fun, and howl at the moon!”
