Continuing Your Care – Ever Resilient. Together.

Resilience is an attribute that is not simply stated; rather it is earned, through ceaseless and inspiring dedication to overcome whatever we face. Since 1972, when EvergreenHealth opened our doors as your community hospital, we’ve had the opportunity to experience our patients’ and our community’s resilience first-hand, every single day. From miraculous recoveries, to the journey of welcoming new life and helping families grow—through trying times and moments of celebration—we have the privilege to be your health partner through health, healing and now more than ever, the unknown.

However, in the midst of the unprecedented uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, our collective resilience and dedication to support one another in health and wellness remains unwavering, and continues to inspire our physicians, staff and purpose: working together to enrich the health and well-being of every life we touch.

We cannot thank our community enough for the outpouring of support we have received during these challenging times. From meals, equipment, supplies and many other donations, to doing your part in staying home to flatten the curve—everyone in our community has contributed in so many ways. We are immeasurably grateful.

Since February 28, we have received:

Over 1,000 donations in supplies, including PPE

Over 13,600 meals for staff from over 140 community partners

$1,029,313 in donations from our community partners

We’ve also received over 1,000 thank you notes, cards, messages of support and words of encouragement. We simply cannot express the value of these sentiments, and what it means to us—our physicians, staff and patients—thank you.

We’re honored to join you in sharing our immeasurable gratitude for all of our physicians and staff. The self-less dedication of every employee, from our hospitalists to environmental services team, to our nurses, including our Nurse Navigators, who have answered calls regarding COVID-19 from over 4,000 community members, providing clinical guidance and care when it is needed most; your dedication, compassion and resilience is a legacy that will live on through your continued service. We are forever grateful for you.
