Upper Crust Wood Fired Pizza is where it’s at this summer for tasty and unique brunch options. Located at the corner of E 91st St. and Yale Ave., Upper Crust specializes in wood fired pizzas and recently added a variety of brunch options to their already extensive menu.
Served Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 2pm, the brunch menu features a creative take on the classic avocado toast—they add their signature pie sauce to the sourdough toast, which works incredibly well—plus a breakfast calzone and three breakfast-inspired pizzas. Everything’s better with an egg on it, after all.
Be sure to also check out their reasonably priced mimosa carafes and a brunch drink that’s exclusive to their Tulsa location: Coconut Cran-pagne, made with New Amsterdam Coconut Vodka, Triple Sec, champagne and cranberry juice. It’s the perfect way to feel refreshed in this sweltering heat!
We also highly suggest their new Build-Your-Own Charcuterie Board. As long as you select three items, then your customized board will come with spicy mustard, crostinis and Fuji apples. But with options like Italian Prosciutto Di Parma, Spanish Jamon Serrano, English Stilton and French Port Salut, we’re pretty sure picking at least three items will be no problem at all! We recommend adding their house-made hummus or fig jam to round out the board.
Other new menu items include a Burrata appetizer, a fresh Italian Salad, smoked pastrami and Parmesan chicken sandwiches, two new signature pies and a Ricotta Crostada dessert.
