Start with the nostalgic sweetness of the bright red Dirty Shirley, sip on the crisp and refreshing Berry Martini, and finish with the bold blue sparkle of the Juan Ho Royale. Easy to make and fun to serve, these cocktails are the perfect way to toast to summer and celebrate in style.

Dirty Shirley (Red)

The Dirty Shirley is a nostalgic, adult twist on the classic non-alcoholic Shirley Temple. It is an easy-to-make, sweet, and bubbly cocktail that combines vodka with the traditional cherry and lemon-lime flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vodka (plain or cherry-flavored)
  • 1 oz. Grenadine
  • 4-6 oz. Lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7UP)
  • Garnish: Maraschino cherries
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prep the glass: Fill a tall highball or Collins glass with ice.
  2. Pour the liquids: Add the vodka and grenadine directly over the ice.
  3. Top and stir: Fill the glass to the top with lemon-lime soda and give it a quick, gentle stir.
  4. Garnish: Top it off with a maraschino cherry (or two) and enjoy!

Berry Martini (Clear) 

This berry martini is a vibrant, fruity take on the classic cocktail. It is customizable and combines your favorite berry flavored vodka fresh berries, lemon juice, triple sec and simple syrup for a sweet and refreshing summer drink. 

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Favorite Berry Flavored Vodka
  • 3/4 ozTriple Sec 
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • Garnish- 2 Raspberries, Blueberries & Sliced Strawberries 

Instructions 

   1. Add blueberry vodka, triple sec, lemon, and simple syrup. Add a cup of ice and shake for 10 seconds.

   2. Double strain into a chilled glass. 

  1. Garnish with fresh strawberries, raspberries & blueberries.

Juan Ho Royal (Blue)

Juan Ho Royale is a modern classic from master mixologist Martin Cate. It looks absolutely gorgeous, with its bubbly, glittering sea-blue color, but it’s also a genuinely delicious tequila cocktail in its own right. It’s quite possibly the ideal blue cocktail.

Ingredients 

  • 2 parts Sparkling White Wine
  • 1½ parts Blanco Tequila
  • ½ part Blue Curaçao
  • ½ part Falernum Liqueur 
  • ¾ part Lime Juice
  • ½ part Orgeat or Almond Simple Syrup 

Instructions 

  1. Start by pouring the sparkling wine into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. 
  2. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
