CEO Will Bartholomew, opened his first D1 facility in Franklin, TN, in 2001 after an injury that would ultimately end his NFL career. Will has been very intentional about instilling "D1 Character", which is 12 words spray-painted at every D1 location. Those words are integrity, perseverance, self-discipline, respect, determination, dedication, fearless, confidence, responsibility, accountability, honor, and selfless. Will is also very passionate about connecting with the community and offered online training to pro-athletes during their longest "offseason" due to the pandemic. In sum, Will is all about helping people around the country grow - their strength, their fitness, their character, and ultimately, their - and their community's - quality of life.
Will's passion is shared by the team at D1 Training Cincy-North. Located in Loveland, OH, this local D1 team is also connecting with the community by supporting a variety of charitable events and fundraisers, and by partnering with local high school athletic departments. The goal of these partnerships is to positively impact local school athletic departments and the surrounding community. Co-Owner, Chris Witzgall and General Manager, Sean Witzgall, are offering this new cost-effective and mutually beneficial partnership to all athletic departments across the Cincinnati region. Their holistic approach is to build stronger and happier communities through exercise, performance and team spirit.
