A Boutique Owner’s Guide to Fall Fashion

Inside the Old Town Hot Spot that offers Exclusive Style Finds

Jessie West is the bubbly bombshell owner of Old Town’s Pacific Heritage Boutique. Nearing the chic storefront’s one year anniversary, the shop is a total haven for fashionistas.

“I look for high quality brands that aren’t readily available online or at chain stores. I love carrying local designers who contact me as I value supporting small businesses,” says Jessie.

Jessie sells carefully curated hand-picked designer finds. Personalized service is her hallmark ensuring a fun and engaging experience for shoppers.

“Having shoppers leave feeling better than when they came in is the defining motto of the store- we’re all about fueling people’s confidence through fashion. While we’re stocked for the ladies, we also carry men’s clothes! You will never find a happier husband than one who is shopping with his wife and realizes there are options for him as well.”

Owning a business was always Jessie’s ambition. Her father encouraged her to get an MBA and acquire the fundamentals of finance as a foundation; her mother owned clothing stores up and down the west coast. Clearly, entrepreneurship and a flair for fashion runs in her blood.

“I grew up in the Pacific Northwest wearing flip flops and a swimsuit with a surfboard under one arm, so I trend toward a natural laid-back look paired with statement pieces. In my closet, you’ll find basic staples (great denim, linen button downs, and white tees) accompanied by one-off investment pieces to layer. Vintage leather jackets and jumpsuits are my latest obsessions.”

Here are Jessie’s picks for fall must-haves, all available at Pacific Heritage.

Line & Dot Deep V-Neck Jumpsuit

Retire that LBD and stand out with a pop of fall color! Pistachio is on point for this versatile jumpsuit. Dress the jumpsuit with heels and jewelry for a holiday soirée or slide on sandals for a chic pool-to-brunch look. The flattering cut looks good on all body types, and if the deep V is too revealing, layer it over a bralette or bandeau.

By Together Dress & Zingy Hat

This ribbed knit scoop neck midi dress paired with a burnt orange suede hat is cool and casual- one of the boutique’s faves constantly needing a restock! Pair it with Chuck Taylors and a denim jacket to pound the grocery store pavement, or with a cute suede hat and neutral satchel.

Greylin Dress & Driftwood Bag

Every closet needs a pullover dress, and this one’s equipped with adjustable straps and a tie back. The striped ensemble embodies that light airy feel for late summer gatherings, while incorporating the weight of winter with an oversized suede bag. Suede adds a warm vibe to any outfit, and the bag (and hat) carries nice into winter with jeans, booties, and a faux fur vest.

Lucca Couture Crochet Maxi Dress

Crochet marks a nice transition from summer to fall in AZ. The heavier weight of the crochet balances out the sleeveless top. The entire look is a great way to incorporate color into your wardrobe with a neutral tone and feel.

Muche & Muchette Sequined Maxi Dress

Holiday party season is around the corner and there’s no better way to wow the crowd than with sparkly sequins! This dress can be full glam or layered with a leather jacket for a touch of vintage retro, easily styled to fit a plethora of individual styles.

Storia Embroidered Strappy Mini Dress

Fall/Winter 2024 is set to sizzle with a red-hot palette. This flattering mini is embroidered with trendy texture. The best part? Wear it in fall, winter, and keep the love alive for your Valentine’s Day date dress. pacificheritageboutique.com
