1. My day starts at F45 Des Peres, training with one of my favorite coaches, Cam Coppelli.
2. Summer-to-fall transitional outfit (dress and boots are from Nordstrom in West County Mall)
3. After working out, I like to get an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich from Teleo Coffee.
4. In the summer and fall, I love visiting the Kirkwood Farmers’ Market for flowers, fresh fruit and pumpkins.
5. At the end of the day, I like to take Annie to K9 Kremery for some Maple Bacon ice cream.
6. For dinner, my fiancé, Drew, and I love going to one of our favorite restaurants, Olive + Oak, in Webster Groves.
