“We’ll have our Cakepops, which will be in the form of a flag, a Rose cake that'll be striped red, white, and blue, Cakesicles, plus 4th of July themed cupcakes and cookies,” says owner Julie Winer.
Of course, Splurge will also have its mouth-watering pies, such as apple and blueberry, available. Since holiday items tend to sell out quickly, she says it's always a good idea to order in advance to make sure you get exactly what you want. (The bakery will be closed on July 4th.)
“Many people have also been ordering our chocolate-dipped pretzels and Oreos,” says Julie. “Demand for our dessert bar items has really exploded. People are doing more parties and they're celebrating events in all different venues and offering elaborate dessert tables.”
