Located on the west side of Scottsdale Road between Lincoln Drive and Indian Bend Road sits the expanse of land that, when completed, will house one of the most desirable destinations in the Valley: The Palmeraie.

The Estate Homes—where homeowners can opt to have an auto showcase gallery where an elevator can bring their exotic vehicle to be on display in their home—begin in the low $5 million range and are offered from 5,500 square feet to more than 12,000 square feet.
The villas and estate homeowners will experience a “resort within a resort,” with their own clubhouse; fitness facilities; director of residences; concierge; priority access to hotel amenities; and other perks such as in-residence dining, housekeeping and engineering services.
The retail and restaurant component will include more than 60 luxury and specialty boutiques, while the dining destinations will be led by best-in-class, celebrated local and international chefs.
