A Force in Real Estate

From luxury buyers to investors to first-time buyers, Cheryl Malcolm is ready to help

Cheryl Malcolm has been a force in the local real estate market since 1995.

“I am not your typical real estate agent,” says the realtor, broker, and director of the luxury division with TRU Realty. “I have found success by offering a concierge service to my clients; I’m more of a boutique agent providing white-glove service to everyone from luxury buyers to first-time buyers, and commercial buyers and investors, too. I provide top services, starting with in-depth conversations gathering all the information needed to help my clients successfully prepare in the planning stages, throughout, and afterwards in maintaining their properties.”

Malcolm’s roots in real estate run deep. She grew up in a family of real estate brokers and investors in Atherton, California, later moving to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona as a dual collegiate athlete. She realized she loved the Valley, and decided to stay.

Fast-forward 25 years and Malcolm is sought-after in the luxury space, although she enjoys also helping first-time buyers.

“I had a strong way in how I was taught to do business and how to treat clients,” she explains. “My ultimate goal is to make people happy. I’m very serious about what I do and very passionate about what I do.”

She specializes in the Camelback corridor, central Phoenix corridor, Biltmore, Arcadia, and North Scottsdale zip codes—noting that she’s lived in them all as well, and so brings firsthand experience—though she also works with clients buying and selling homes, buildings, and property around the Valley and its surrounding areas.

“I love helping people find what they want,” she says. “I love seeing people happy, and I love handing those keys or that contract to someone when it’s executed and seeing how happy they are, and I get excited knowing someone is going to make a house their home.”
