Elite Wealth Advisors was founded in March of 2024 by Kadian Clarke and Amberly Postell. We caught up with them to chat about their successful business.
Congratulations on entering your third year of business in Buckhead with a mission to empower your clients to achieve financial excellence through elite-level guidance. Tell us, what makes your team elite?
What makes our team elite isn’t just credentials or experience; it’s our standard. We approach every client relationship with the same rigor, discipline and personalization you would expect from a family office, while remaining deeply relational and accessible.
We combine high-level technical planning with a proactive strategy. That means we don’t just build financial plans, we stress test retirement projections, evaluate tax efficiency across multiple scenarios and continuously refine investment allocations based on both market conditions, risk tolerance and life changes. Our clients don’t get a one-time plan; they get an evolving strategy.
Most importantly, we operate as true partners and take pride in being woman-owned. Elite service means responsiveness, discretion, clarity and the confidence that every recommendation is aligned with the client’s long-term vision.
By embracing diversity, your team finds tailored solutions to meet the unique goals and aspirations of each individual and business that you serve. Can you give us a few examples of unique solutions?
The diversity of background, profession and life stage allows us to think creatively and tailor our financial plans to each client. No two clients are alike, and our strategies reflect that.
We work with many high-income professionals and dual-career families who thought they were “doing everything right” but still felt behind. We identified hidden cash flow inefficiencies, restructured debt, optimized their employers' benefits, automated savings and analyzed tax strategies to create clear steps of action that align with their financial goals.
For business owners, we’ve designed compensation and retirement plan structures that allow them to significantly reduce taxable income while accelerating personal wealth accumulation. Lastly, where applicable, we tie the overall plan together by focusing on long-term college planning and estate planning.
Financial excellence isn’t about having the highest income or the most complex investment strategy; it’s about alignment and making sure that your money supports your values, your goals and your legacy. You remind us, "It is never too early to start being more financially prepared." Tell us about your team.
Our team is built around complementary strengths. While we both offer the same high-level comprehensive financial planning strategies to our clients, we tailor our responsibilities within our business to each of our strengths.
Kadian Clarke, Co-Founder and Financial Advisor, specializes in advanced planning strategies, investment portfolio design and long-term planning. Kadian has a sharp analytical lens and thrives on solving complex financial situations, particularly in areas like tax strategy, estate structuring and business-owner planning. Within the business structure, Kadian focuses on marketing and advertising for Elite Wealth, as well as a portion of administrative tasks.
Amberly Postell, Co-Founder and Financial Advisor, focuses on retirement strategy, relationship management and comprehensive planning. She is especially passionate about financial education and empowering clients who were never formally taught how to manage and grow wealth. Amberly personally connects with every prospective client to thoughtfully evaluate alignment, readiness and opportunity. Amberly also shares a portion of administrative tasks for the operation of the business.
We also have two amazing Administrative Assistants who work behind the scenes to ensure that things run smoothly as well. Brittany Skanes focuses on client relations, where she communicates with clients to ensure smooth scheduling and client satisfaction. Jennifer McNeill focuses on clerical tasks, assisting with data entry, record keeping and presentation preparation.
Together, we blend technical skills with practical application and make financial planning feel structured, calm and actionable. Our welcoming personalities and approachable style help clients feel confident, understood and supported every step of the way.
Your breadth of knowledge is deep. How do you stay abreast of new tools, strategies and ideas for wealth management, cash management and estate planning?
As licensed fiduciaries, we believe expertise is a responsibility. We stay current through ongoing continuing education, routine compliance conferences and collaboration with estate attorneys and CPAs. We also routinely review legislative updates that may impact the market, tax planning and estate strategies.
Beyond formal education, we dedicate internal time to research, reviewing market developments and evolving regulatory changes. Our goal is not just to react to change, but to anticipate it. When laws shift or markets move, it is our job to ensure our clients already have a solid strategy in place.
Your website has more than 100 articles and resources for people curious about strengthening their financial planning. In addition to hands-on work with clients, your team spends time researching and writing. What does an "average" workday look like for Kadian and Amberly?
One of the beauties of our careers is that no two days are identical. Mornings through midday are often dedicated to client meetings: retirement modeling sessions, portfolio reviews, onboarding new families, or coordinating with outside professionals like CPAs and attorneys. Afternoons are mostly used for client case work and meeting preparation.
Mondays are dedicated to internal strategy meetings, where we review client cases, current events and evaluate opportunities for our clients as well as our business.
Outside of our day-to-day scheduled meetings, we also carve out time for proactive outreach. Sometimes the most valuable calls are the ones that aren’t scheduled, checking in when markets are volatile or when a client is navigating a major life decision. We also dedicate one day per month to community outreach, where we spend our day volunteering and giving back to others.
Client education is one of our top priorities, and the articles on our website are available through a partnership with a third-party firm that composes and publishes the articles that we use as an information resource for our clients or anyone who is curious about strengthening their financial planning knowledge.
You're the expert and have our attention. What else would you like our readers to know?
Many successful professionals were never formally taught how to build wealth strategically. We see that every day, and our mission is to change that by providing structure, education and disciplined financial plans.
Year three in Buckhead is meaningful to us because it is considered the premier business district for finance and wealth management. Our community values excellence and leadership, in addition to personal and professional growth. We’re proud to serve families and business owners who are building not just wealth, but impact.
And we’re just getting started.
