There’s no shortage of women’s boutiques. However, hidden among the clothing shops and home stores in downtown Tomball, there’s an apparel and outdoors store designed specifically for men. Jamie and Brian Groff saw the need for a brand that caters to men for their everyday necessities and luxuries.
In 2017, the husband and wife duo opened Commerce Street Clothes and quickly outgrew the location. They have since moved to Main Street and have rebranded to Covey Apparel & Outdoors. The specialty boutique has everything a gentleman could want from casual apparel to hunting gear and even barware. With the fall hunting season approaching, Covey plans to bring in more gear and camo.
Tomball is the perfect location for Covey, as Jaime Groff says, “Here, there’s a real sense of community and support, and it just tugged at my heart. I knew that was the place for us.” Grab a beer from their bar, shop with Jaime and Brian, and you might leave with a new pair of friends.
