What's a great drink for after a workout? I recommend something high in protein and fiber, with chocolate, YUM!
High protein, high fiber chocolate peanut butter smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
5 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
10 oz Milk of your choice
2 scoops( 4 tbsp) Chocolate protein powder
2 scoops(4 tbsp) powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 large handful of spinach
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix and ENJOY!
