We have a secret spot to share with you...Spring Creek Brewing Company is a destination of craft brewery & pizza, tucked away in the Avimor community, just North of Eagle off Hwy 55. This is a perfect excuse to take a serene drive through the beautiful Boise Foothills. This is a perfect location to unwind and enjoy the scenery!

A little insider tip: If you live in Dry Creek or Avimor, it’s a quick bike ride on a trail to Spring Creek Brewing!

The men behind Spring Creek Brewing, Jeff Badigian, and Marc Grubert, are long-time friends that shared a passion for home brewing, a love for food, and good friends. After some trials and tribulations and through a pandemic-everything the founders set out to do, by creating a community space where folks can share stories about their adventures or plan their next ones, all while enjoying good food and beer!

Some local favorites are Star Hazy IPA, Ribbons of Euphoria IPA, and El Jeffe Mexican Amber lager. There are also a lot of other great beers on tap and things change frequently so it’s always a good idea to go in every few weeks (great excuse to stop by). Not only do they serve beer, but they also serve wine, cider, and limited cocktails.

When you visit, some must-have items are; Seven Devils burger, Chain Breaker pizza, and if you are watching your figure for the Summer, try the Caesar Salad pizza-which has a salad on top of your pizza. What’s a brewery without French fries? Spring Creek Brewing has some of the best fries I’ve tasted! The pizza tastes simply delicious and now I know why! They age the pizza dough for 48 hours and cook all of the pies on local applewood.

Don’t forget to check out their food specials every weekend, which are available ‪Friday -Sunday. Some of the mouth-savoring items are; filet mignon, salmon, and specialty burgers. However, they typically leave this to the chef’s whimsy.

Sitting outside and enjoying a refreshing drink with friends, makes for THE perfect Sunday Funday. Or, bring the family down for lunch or dinner and enjoy the inside or outside seating.

Who doesn’t like having a refreshing cold beer and listening to good music? Now that Summer is finally here, you can head down for live music every Friday and ‪Saturday nights from 7-9 and Jazz every other Sunday ‪from 12-3. The calendar is posted on the website and also their Facebook page.

Stay tuned to learn more about what exciting plans Jeff and Marc have planned. Here's a little insider information of what's to come: small events and a music festival in the nearby 15-acre park later this summer!
