At the end of every year, we find ourselves drawn to the idea of resolutions—a fresh start, a chance to become a bit closer to the person we want to be. Like most, we usually focus on goals like getting healthier, picking up new skills, or just being more intentional with our time. We often learn that while our motivation feels unstoppable in January, staying on track can be tough as the months go on. Setting small, achievable goals and celebrating little wins helps a lot. Breaking it down into steps can keep us focused, even when the excitement wears off. Resolutions can make a difference, but it’s all about sticking with it and being patient with ourselves along the way. What are your resolutions?
