ingredients:
2 pints of strawberries, halved
2 6-ounce containers of blueberries
2 cups of whipped cream
1 lb. pound cake, cut into stars with a small cookie cutter
Mint springs, for garnish (optional)
directions:
Step 1: Place a layer of pound cake stars in the bottom of your serving glass.
Step 2: Top with a layer of blueberries. Then add a layer of whipped cream.
Step 3: Follow with a layer of sliced strawberries.
Step 4: Continue to layer until the serving glass is full. Top with extra berries and a single pound cake star. Add a spring of mint, if desired.
