2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 cup whole fresh cranberries
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup sparkling grape juice
1 bottle Champagne, prosecco or cava
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine apples, cranberries, grapes and pomegranate seeds. Pour over sparkling grape juice and Champagne and stir, then serve.
Jingle Juice Holiday Punch
1 750-milliliter bottle Whipped Vodka
1 bottle pink Champagne or sparkling rosé
1 (2-liter) bottle Cherry 7UP
Cranberries for garnish (optional)
In a punch bowl or large pitcher filled with ice, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Serve over ice and garnish with cranberries, if desired.
Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Cider
1 liter pure apple juice, unsweetened
2 cups pure orange juice, unsweetened
1 liter cranberry juice, unsweetened
1/4-1/2 cup sugar, Stevia, honey or other sweetener (to taste)
3 whole cinnamon sticks
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Add all ingredients to a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Stir. Cook at least 3–4 hours on low or until hot. Keep warm as long as needed on the low or warm setting. Leftovers refrigerate wonderfully and reheat just fine.
