Brentwood Realtor Gabrielle Dodson, MBA, has built a real estate business on topnotch performance, outstanding client care and coveted referrals. By paying it forward, this Compass-associated professional shares her blessings locally.

"I'm fortunate to have developed a truly robust community network, and successfully negotiating on behalf of my clients' overall needs has proven to be key in maintaining everyone's satisfaction," she explains.

Gabrielle has lived in Brentwood for 24 years. As a Brentwood High School graduate, she's highly familiar with the Middle Tennessee market and its evolution. She attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, before returning to Nashville.

"One of my favorite results is developing symbiotic relationships with my clients, and then sharing referrals that help continue to build their livelihoods," she states.

Judging from awards earned by Gabrielle, she's known for service excellence stemming from going above-and-beyond for clients, which leads to them recommending her to others. Her long-term relationships regarding both clients and local neighborhoods goes beyond the closing table.

As part of Gabrielle's Brentwood community support, she sponsored Crockett Elementary’s Inaugural Songwriters Night on April 12. This PTO-hosted fundraiser was headlined by Grammy-winning songwriter and producer, Chris DeStefano, also a Crockett parent. Chris was joined by award-winning peers, Kelley Lovelace and JT Harding, at The Franklin Theatre. More than $30,000 was raised from the songwriters' event and silent auction, some of which will be applied toward purchasing much-needed school furniture.

Gabrielle also sponsored the elementary school's book fair breakfast last year and again on Oct. 4 to ensure attendees had doughnuts to bolster their book shopping.

Additionally, she's sponsored the school's fall family fun night for two consecutive years.

Furthermore, Gabrielle has sponsored Brentwood Blaze, Ravenwood High School Dance team, Ravenwood High School Football Team, Premier Athletics, Holy Family Catholic Church and various local neighborhood events.
