Created by longtime friends Fabien Jouves and Germain Croisille — as well as Croisille’s younger brother, Simon — the aptly monikered Jouves & Croisille label originated in the Cahors region of France. Our June wine of the month, the 2021 Cahors Malbec de Soif Rouge, is a 100% malbec made from organically farmed grapes, carefully handpicked and destemmed, then aged inside a concrete tank to retain a delicately fresh taste.
