When Dr. Janna Siegel arrived in Northern Westchester, it wasn’t just a move it was a homecoming.
After more than two decades in New York City, where she built her life, career, and deep roots in the acupuncture world, something began to shift. A quieter rhythm called her north. More space. More nature. More presence. And eventually, that calling planted Thrive Acupuncture & Wellness in the heart of Chappaqua.
“This community welcomed me with open arms,” Janna says. “I feel incredibly grateful to be here. Thrive has truly found its home.”
And so has she.
Janna’s journey into acupuncture wasn’t a straight line. In fact, she began on a path that never quite felt right one filled with expectations rather than alignment. Then, at 30 years old, with a shoulder injury that wouldn’t resolve, she found herself lying on an acupuncture table for the first time.
What happened next changed everything.
After several treatments, her long-term injury nearly disappeared. But beyond the physical relief, she experienced something deeper: curiosity. Connection. Hope.
“She wasn’t just treating my shoulder, she was treating me,” Janna recalls. “That was the moment everything clicked.”
She went on to complete a demanding five-year graduate program, earning both her Master’s and Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2011, she opened Thrive Acupuncture & Wellness, a practice rooted in the belief that healing is not about quick fixes, but comprehensive, personalized care.
At Thrive, the focus isn’t just on needles or herbal formulas. It’s on listening.
“I built this clinic to reflect everything I wish healthcare could be,” Janna says. “I spend time with my patients. I ask questions. I want to understand their story not just their symptoms.”
Her approach blends ancient Chinese medicine with modern functional techniques to help treat a wide spectrum of conditions, including:
• Chronic and acute pain
• Autoimmune and complex conditions
• Women’s health and fertility
• Insomnia and anxiety
• Digestive issues
• Migraines, allergies, and sinus concerns
• Emotional and stress-related imbalances
But what her patients often talk about most isn’t just the results but it’s the experience.
“There’s no rush here,” she explains. “We work together. We set goals together. And I create a treatment plan that feels aligned, realistic, and supportive.”
Her gratitude for the Chappaqua and Upper Westchester community is woven through everything she does.
“Thank you for trusting me,” she says. “It means the world. And I look forward to growing, healing, and continuing this journey with all of you.”
