For sisters Brandi and Stacy, Momma’s Kitchen is rooted in restaurant experience, family tradition and the belief that some of the best memories are made around a table. After years of helping others run restaurants, Brandi opened Rory’s Diner in Parker in 2019. When the Littleton location became available, Stacy left a 30-year career in property management to join her sister. Momma’s Kitchen opened July 18, 2025.
Baking has always been part of their story. Their paternal grandmother filled her kitchen with fresh bread, cookies, pastries and pies, creating the kind of childhood memories that still shape their holiday traditions today. One favorite, rhubarb custard pie topped with toasted meringue, remains a family tradition made with rhubarb descended from the same plants their grandparents grew.
That connection to scratch-made baking continues at Momma’s Kitchen, where pastry chef Rubi creates crusts and fillings from scratch. A rotating selection of pies is available by the slice, while whole pies can be preordered with 48 hours’ notice. Customers can request nearly any flavor, including select gluten-free and sugar-free options, and all fruit pies are dairy-free.
During the holidays, classics like apple, pumpkin and pecan remain favorites, with Key lime also among the best sellers. For something unexpected, the sisters point to pecan bourbon, white chocolate raspberry mousse, peach apple bourbon and peanut butter pie with chocolate ganache.
Beyond pies, customers can order cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, turnovers filled with the same scratch-made pie fillings, and house-made whipped cream by the pint or quart. For a holiday spread, Brandi and Stacy suggest pairing a few traditional pies with turnovers for dessert, then saving cinnamon rolls for an easy breakfast the next morning.
For the sisters, holiday baking is about more than dessert. It is a way to recreate the large family gatherings they remember and pass those traditions to another generation. Now grandparents themselves, they are sharing the same joy of baking with their grandchildren, including Brandi’s two-year-old granddaughter, who already loves to “roll the dough.” At Momma’s Kitchen, every holiday order carries a little tradition home.
