Since opening her West Hartford salon last year, owner Jenny Andre has built her business around a simple philosophy: healthy hair is beautiful hair. Jenny completed an intensive four-year academy program in hairstyling and makeup artistry in Portugal before bringing her talents to the United States. After more than six years working on Manhattan's Upper West Side and later operated a successful Staten Island N.Y., salon. She chose West Hartford for the next chapter of her career and opened a second salon here.
