We started off the day with lunch at The Creek Restaurant. Delicious salads, tacos, and other small bites. The coffee and cocktails—like the “Empress 75” and “Guava Gimlet”—were outstanding. It’s got an upscale ambiance and peaceful views of Cibolo Creek. Plus, shopping is just steps away—as you’ll soon see. Can’t wait to go back for Sunday brunch!

Popped into Mainly Vintage and Two Trick Pony Consignments to see if our homes were missing anything. We loved browsing their eclectic selection of antiques and unique finds, and the lotions and soaps from Caren are especially inspiring. Tara snatched up this pillow that captures her feelings perfectly.

The scents of the bath/body products inside Cielo were divine. We loved the gardenia room spray, and we found lovely vintage-style glass containers and gifts for upcoming birthdays. After that, we had too much fun playing pinball and slots at Flashback Funtiques. Billy and Heather Howards’ hospitality is unmatched—it seems like they always have a cold beverage ready for their visitors!

We learned to make art with resin at our final location: April’s Art Haus. April customized our experience just for us, showing us how to select and arrange dried flowers and greenery into pretty custom pieces. Plus, she had charcuterie and drinks ready for us as we worked. It was the perfect end to a beautiful day out with friends!
