Twenty-seven years ago, Amanda Duenner was five months pregnant when a major client gave her and her father, William Daniels, an ultimatum: start your own firm, or lose the deal. They didn't think twice. Daniels Greer Properties was created the next day. "We went all in and never looked back," Amanda says. From the very beginning, Amanda put in whatever the work demanded, whether that meant sleeping in a construction trailer to accommodate a client's schedule or working long into the night to close a deal. While the industry and the way they do business have evolved over the decades, that commitment to going above and beyond for their clients has remained constant.

Their first projects were massive: landmark leases with Kaiser Francis Oil Company, million-square-foot buildings across downtown Tulsa, and pivotal properties beyond. Amanda's background in retail had taught her early that customer service is everything, and she carried that principle into commercial real estate from day one. As the business grew, she and her father did not lose sight of what set them apart. Daniels Greer was built as a boutique firm on purpose. "We don't take on more than we can handle," Amanda says. "We stay in close contact with our clients, even after the deal is done." They stay responsive, timely, and relentlessly hands-on. Today, most of their business comes through referrals, a testament to relationships that outlast transactions.

That standard of care shows up in ways most firms wouldn't consider. Amanda keeps bolt cutters, latex gloves, trash bags, a Phillips screwdriver, and cleaning supplies in her car at all times, a toolkit she's built one client at a time, with every item a story of showing up where other firms wouldn't. Recently, she and her son Cameron were out scraping old lettering off windows, repainting walls, pulling weeds, and picking up trash on a property to get it ready for market. "We don't just project all that onto the seller," she says. "That's a service that we bring." It's the kind of work that doesn't make a brochure but speaks volumes about the firm.

And when things get complicated, Amanda leans in. With over 45 years of combined experience, she and her father have navigated nearly every challenge the industry can present, from legal hurdles to difficult tenant situations to properties that test every ounce of patience. "I am somebody who likes a challenge," she says. That grit, she credits to her father. "He is probably one of the most mentally tough people I have ever met. He taught me how to pull myself up by my bootstraps and not stay knocked down."

Today, the next generation is stepping forward. Cameron Greer has joined the firm, bringing fresh energy and ideas while carrying forward the values that built it. "I learned so much from my father," Amanda says, "and now I get to pass those values on: integrity, ethics, follow-through, customer service, and cementing your sign in the ground, literally." In an industry that continues to evolve, Daniels Greer Properties is proof that exceptional service never goes out of style.
