An Event Fore All

New Inclusive Amenities Add to the WM Phoenix Open’s ‘The People’s Open’ Persona

New view-enhancing additions, elevated food and beverage options, and venues that cater to the preferences of a wider audience mean that the Greatest Show on Grass is about to get even greater.

The 2026 WM Phoenix Open will welcome its trademark enthusiastic crowds to the legendary TPC Scottsdale from Feb. 2-8. In addition to the main attraction that is the PGA TOUR and its world-class fleet of pros, a much-anticipated concert lineup, gathering spots for every kind of spectator, and the famous 16th hole Coliseum further cements the TOUR’s most popular and beloved event’s reputation as “The People’s Open.”

A new structure on the 16th hole will boast better unobstructed views thanks to frameless glass railings and cleaner sight lines. The first new construction in 20 years, this aims to impress with stellar bites and sips, explains Jason Eisenberg, 2026 WM Phoenix Open tournament chairman.

“We wanted to make sure that when you enter the 16th, the menu is first class,” Eisenberg says. “We are really focusing on it having similar food akin to high-end venues.”

The Pin High Club will also make its debut adjacent to the green. Living up to its name, this luxe hot spot will flaunt the event’s highest-end food and beverage offerings, making it the most desirable place to be.

The more chill spectator will find a comfortable haven to take a load off in the Family Care Center. A collaboration with Mayo Clinic and Phoenix Children’s Hospital, it offers an enclosed space for respite-seekers spanning families, nursing moms, older guests, and anyone who needs a little break from the heat or any overwhelming sights and sounds.

“You can be a golf fan or good-time fan and we’ve got you covered. But it is ‘The People’s Open,’ so we want to make it more accessible,” Eisenberg says. “We want them to feel there’s a home for everybody. The more we can include, the better off we are.”

Pathways that improve connectivity throughout the grounds, and digital tickets for admission and the majority of venues also streamline the fan experience.

The showstopping concert lineup features The Killers kicking off the event with the Concert at the Coliseum. The top-notch series continues at the Coors Light Birds Nest with Bailey Zimmerman on Feb. 4, Zach Top on Feb. 5, and John Summit on Feb. 7. As of press deadline, the artist for Feb. 6 was not announced.

Fans can expect familiar amenities from years past. The commitment to sustainability remains with all suppliers, vendors, and even the new event structures all contributing to make the Open a zero-waste event. Attendees can purchase a reusable bottle from the gift shop and use refillable water stations throughout the grounds.

For nine decades, the WM Phoenix Open has served as the TOUR’s most popular event for pros and fans alike. Hosted by The Thunderbirds, it also supports countless charitable organizations that benefit nearly every facet of the community, from hospitals, healthcare, and high schools to first responders, families in need, and the arts. Last year alone, hundreds of community organizations were recipients of a combined total of $18.1 million.

“At the end of the day, this is a charity event and all the money goes to the organizations we support,” Eisenberg says. “The community responded incredibly well last year, and we are very thankful for their support and are excited to see them in 2026.”
