Just after celebrating a decade in their stunning showroom, Buffalo Collection’s owners—Michael and Laura Levenberg—continue to innovate and offer locals even more stunning custom furniture pieces, art, accessories, and more with the opening of their new boutique, Buffalo Boutique.
Buffalo Collection, the art and furniture gallery located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Goldwater in Old Town Scottsdale, features a carefully curated assortment of furniture and art that celebrates the spirit of the American West. Originally launched in Colorado, the gallery beautifully blends the Old West with the modern world. It’s an art gallery meets furniture showroom, with their custom heirloom furniture serving as pieces of art in their own right—built to order, featuring the ability to customize everything from color to firmness of the cushions, and all made by U.S. artisans out of American buffalo leather.
To offer even more to their always-growing fanbase, the couple opened Buffalo Boutique just a few doors down from Buffalo Collection, at 7032 E. 5th Ave.
“Buffalo Boutique serves as a secondary space for smaller items such as purses, handbags, luggage, fine jewelry, luxury clothing, accessories, home décor, gifts, and more that is still quality and buffalo-centric, but for items that might get looked over in the bigger showroom,” Laura explains.
Michael adds that they work with talented independent U.S. artisans and showcase their work in the welcoming environment that is Buffalo Boutique.
“We view the space as a gallery with our one-of-a-kind pieces that you won’t find anywhere else,” he says. “We’re not there to sell, per say—it’s about finding the pieces new homes and educating visitors on buffalo leather and the different artists we feature.”
For those who visit Buffalo Collection, an added stop at Buffalo Boutique may provide additional paintings and other pieces to add to their own personal collections.
“We’re there for our customers and visitors, and it’s never the same visit twice as items rotate and are added,” Laura says. “At both Buffalo Collection and our new Buffalo Boutique, we offer custom everything so that you can find the perfect piece for your own space.”
