They believe deeply in giving back to the Arvada community, and so this year, they are helping to ring in the new and glorious 2021 by paying one family’s mortgage. In addition to this unspeakably generous gift, Lantern Home Group will surprise families with an assortment of presents such as groceries, home improvements and paid utility bills.
The Lantern Home Group has been giving back to the community for years. They participated in the Thanksgiving Food Drive for Arvada schools, the Yeti and Bicycle giveaway for first responders, and they furnished an entire home for a family in need through a partnership with Atlantis Community. Sarah Dooly, Independent Living Specialist with Atlantis Community says, “I cannot say enough about Lantern Home Group. They are not only the best realtors but they are some of the most kind and genuine people you will ever meet. They truly care about your needs and always go above and beyond! Meet Diane. Go Trojans! It doesn’t take clients long to realize how passionate Diane Howard is about all things real estate. Whether selling homes, working with buyers or helping investors, she embraces every challenge and opportunity that comes her way. One of Diane’s favorite aspects of Denver Colorado real estate is the chance to provide high-level service to her clients, making each feel as if they are her only client. Having worked most of her life on the East Coast in high-pressure environments, Diane has learned to be a problem solver and calming influence during a transaction’s most stressful moments. Her clients can feel great about placing their largest purchase or investment in Diane’s capable hands.
Meet Elisabeth. Go Broncos! Elisabeth Tijerina-Conable is a native of Colorado. Through prioritizing tenacity, integrity, humility, and the needs of her clients, Elisabeth has sold an average of two to three times the number of homes as the average agent. She finds it a joy to serve her clients whether they are buying, selling, or investing in Denver Colorado real estate for sale. Elisabeth also has a background in interior design and is a certified Stager and Re-Decorator—skills which continually net her clients more money. In her free time, Elisabeth loves being in the outdoors and hiking, back-packing, trail-running, and gardening.
Meet Meredith. Go Buffs! Meredith Bleasdell and her family relocated from Texas to live among the beautiful Colorado mountains. Meredith earned a degree in Elementary Education from The University of Texas in Austin. She continues to educate through her career as a real estate agent. Meredith makes it her mission to create a stellar experience for any client and educate them in any area of the transaction where they may have questions or concerns. When Meredith isn’t selling homes or offering buyers Denver Colorado real estate for sale, she is at home with her husband and three sons. She enjoys reading as well as hiking and biking Colorado’s beautiful, mountainous trails.
Meet Chris. Go Patriots! Chris Howard is a Commercial Broker and Real Estate Investment Advisor. He was born in Texas and grew up as an “army brat” in Germany. Chris spent thirty years in the technical field and in sales. He brokered complicated transactions between multi-national corporations, thus affording him sales expertise and a unique problem-solving skill set that he applies to commercial real estate. Chris spreads his optimism and friendliness as he goes out of his way to provide every client with the best experience possible when it comes to buying Denver Colorado real estate for sale. When he isn’t working, Chris enjoys golf, live music, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Meet Jessica. Go Broncos! Jessica Noven was born and raised in Colorado and spent some time in New York City, where her love of real estate began. She earned a degree in Human Development from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has always had a drive to help people. After becoming an assistant for the amazing team at Lantern Home Group, she was inspired to bring her love of homes and working with people together as a Real Estate Agent. She is currently working on her license and is excited to assist her clients in finding the homes of their dreams! In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and pets, exploring new restaurants, and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors we have here in Colorado.
