As we grow up, our bodies are constantly changing. Some changes we welcome—like fully formed frontal lobes! Others we dread and spend tons and tons of money trying to prevent. One thing that changes significantly is our hair. A lot of women first see it with puberty. I was one of those kids who went from stick-straight hair to thick waves that felt impossible to style at first. But, I adapted and grew to love my new hair texture. As I get older, I know my hair will change again. I'll start to see some grays. It will get a little thinner. And again, I will adapt.

I believe in loving ourselves no matter what stage of life we are in. It's my goal to never make you feel like you need to change something about yourself for the sake of other's approval. There's nothing wrong with aging! However, there is also nothing wrong with doing things that make you feel good. It's not selfish to take care of ourselves, and it's not vain to experiment with products to achieve the look we want.

That being said, here are some of the anti-aging hair products I found with the highest customer reviews. I hope you find one you love! As always, feel free to reach out with some of your favorite products and message me on Instagram. You can also tag me in your pictures of you feeling good and rocking your hairstyle!
