ARRIVE Here

New Uptown Hot Spot

Camelback Road and 4th Avenue is now one of the hottest addresses in Uptown Phoenix. In September, ARRIVE Phoenix—Uptown's first neighborhood hotel—opened its doors, welcoming locals and visitors alike.

The 79-room, $25 million boutique hotel spans two restored mid-century modern. Check in at the colorful Pop Stand, a handcrafted popsicle shop that doubles as the registration desk, grab a coffee and grab-and-go meal from Cartel Uptown Phoenix, and lounge around at the Lylo Swim Club, a poolside bar and restaurant. In November, the hotel opens another feature: the Don Woods' Say When rooftop bar—which was named after famed former building tenant Don Woods, a longtime Arizona real estate developer active in the 1950s and beyond.

"We were drawn to Phoenix because of its world-class dining and drinking scene, along with the vibrant arts and design community, and felt that the Uptown area was the coolest neighborhood to bring a boutique hotel into," says ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants CEO & Co-Founder Matt Steinberg. "We are proud to have partnered with top local artisans to run Cartel Coffee Lab and Lylo Swim Club to make ARRIVE Phoenix part of the local, cultural fabric. And we are excited to not only welcome Phoenicians onto the beautiful property, but to serve as a respite for our neighbors as well."
