Authentically ENZO

A new tradition springs forth with regional flavors and cool vibes that blend deliciously to create unique and memorable experiences.

There are no strangers at ENZO, only friends you have not yet met. A talented trio with individual experiences and expertise in the fashion, food, and technology industries, comes together with one heart for a unified community. Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio, Chef de Cuisine David Gibbs, and ENZO's President Carmine Noce agree that food - really good food - served in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, are what makes the fellowship and experiences we share with friends, family, and community neighbors, rich beyond measure.

ENZO, a northern Italian-inspired, chef-driven steakhouse and bar, boasts a unique approach to cuisine that marries Italian culinary traditions with contemporary sensibility, creating a cultural dialog between Northern Italy and the New American South. Executive Chef Montobbio explains, "Italian cuisine is regional. It's fresh and always made from scratch. It's unique, crisp, and rich in olive oils. In northern Italy, it's deep with more meat, butter, and reduction of sauces. In southern parts, it is delicious with seasonal vegetables, fresh seafood, lemon and capers. In order to create the right balance, you have to hit every part of Italy. This is what we are bringing to diners at ENZO."

ENZO officially opened the doors to its striking red building with outdoor patio seating and outdoor walk-up bar, this September in the Town at Trilith - a community designed for the film and creative industries that feature filmmaking studios, homes, shopping and dining, trails, and parks. Chef de Cuisine Gibbs is excited to be part of ENZO's unique endeavor to share wonderful new foods and experiences with the community. "We are authentic in who we are and what we bring to the community. We are authentically introducing new flavors to everyone's palate. You don't have to go to Atlanta."

The experiences being offered at ENZO attract people from far and wide. The emphasis from its inception is for ENZO to be a lifestyle brand that includes art, fashion, film, catering, and more. A place where people can visit, relax and be themselves is at its core as described by ENZO's President, Carmine Noce. "Everything we do has to be for the people, not just our guests, but for the servers, cooks, and bartenders, which ultimately translates to what the community experiences. We want to give our team purpose and passion to go beyond what they are doing here with us."

ENZO launched a private membership option, the Me & ENZO Club, that provides members with exclusive benefits. Opportunities to enjoy advanced notice and discounts on annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly events, preferred seating, catering discounts, travel events, and more.

ENZO also has a philanthropic arm that extends its reach by donating a percentage of membership proceeds to local charities. One such charity, Two Sparrows Village, is a nonprofit organization that is providing residential and day service programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When Carmine, Andrea and David heard about the mission of Two Sparrows Village, they were compelled to create this partnership. They believe playing a part in supporting the most vulnerable of our community is the right thing to do. ENZO will be providing the food for the Two Sparrows Village Bird Bash in November, right in the heart of Trilith at the Town Stage.

ENZO's website, www.enzo-itl.com, is where you can learn about other uniquely delicious experiences through ENZO Catering. Whether you are looking for weekly home delivery, planning an office party, or just want to tantalize the senses of a large group or a small private group, ENZO at Home, ENZO Private, and ENZO Pronto are impeccably designed chef-driven options certain to elevate your event.

At ENZO, the power of food and its ability to bring people together is demonstrated every evening when they open their doors at 5:00 pm. Carmine believes, "Food is as much the occasion, location, and company as it is about the taste."

ENZO is located at 300 Trilith Parkway, Suite 230 in Fayetteville. A place for which you make more than a reservation, you make friends. Noi non potremo avere perfetta vita senza amici. (Translation: "We cannot have a perfect life without friends".) Contact them at 770-756-9188 or email info@enzo-itl.com.
