The long, relaxed days of summer are coming to an end and school has started … yet again. We’re back to the grind of school lunches, evenings of sports practices, and weekends full of kid activities. The last thing anyone wants to worry about at the end of these busy days is making a complicated dinner! My recipe for Chicken Caesar Wraps is perfect for quick dinners or a super easy lunchbox meal. Serve these wraps with chips, crunchy veggies, French fries or tater tots and you’ll have a meal everyone in the family will love!
Chicken Ceasar Wraps
- 5-6 of your favorite chicken fingers (I use my kids’ favorite frozen chicken fingers)
- 1 bag of Ceasar Salad mix
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
- Ceasar or ranch dressing
- flour tortillas or any wraps you like
- Cook or warm your chicken tenders until crispy. Cut into large cubes.
- Pour salad into a large bowl. Add chopped chicken fingers, grated Parmesan cheese, and as much dressing as you prefer.
- Lay tortilla or wrap on a cutting board. Spoon the salad mixture down the middle of the wrap. Roll tortilla as you fold in the sides of the of the wrap.
- Cut in half and serve.
