Toddlers: Sundecks give you 12” of water for them to play in. Salt Water is best instead of chlorine. Children and pets feel better.
Long term costs: Vinyl liners last 7 to 10 years and cost about $3k to $4K to replace. Gunite pools need to be resurfaced and typically start at $10K. Vinyl pools long term ownership costs is less.
Water chemistry: With vinyl, test your pool chemistry weekly. Gunite, twice a week because they’re porous.

You’ll get a complimentary consultation and will work with the owner directly, where he will set the expectations of timelines and budgets for your entire project. “We take your ideas and provide from a 2D design to a 3D rendering. Some designs are done all at once and others in phases. We don’t charge extra for the design. It is part of our service. We work with your natural topography with our civil engineer, and cross reference your town for setback dimensions and zoning. We hold your hand”, shared Chris with me.
