Banana Bread Latte
Banana Bread Syrup:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Simmer water, sugar, banana, spices, and salt for 10-15 minutes or until slightly thick.
- Mash banana, remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Strain and cool.
Stir 1-2 teaspoons in your hot coffee or an iced latte. Add your favorite creamer and top with cinnamon. Enjoy your banana bread in a cup! Store your syrup in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
