Ingredients
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1/4 cup of organic peanut or nut butter
1 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/3 chopped peanuts
Directions:
1. Mix the Batter: In a small bowl, combine the banana and peanut butter. Once combined, stir in the oats and add the chocolate and peanuts.
2. Scoop the Cookies: Scoop the batter onto a lined baking sheet and flatten. Add more chips on top if desired.
3. Bake the Cookies: Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375°F. Once they are cooled, enjoy!
