All-new modern-Italian restaurant, Basilico Ristorante, is Las Vegas’ newest high-end dining concept located at Evora, an upscale 42-acre community offering office, retail, and amenities for a Live-Work-Play lifestyle in Southwest Las Vegas.
The restaurant is located at 6111 South Buffalo Drive, Suite 100, Las Vegas, and offers an innovative and unique indoor-outdoor bar, outdoor live performance stage, outdoor dining, creative new cocktails from a team of next-generation mixologists, and a self-proclaimed vibe that says, “come make new friends.”
Basilica features a full-service bar with original recipes by mixologist Rudy Aguas of Bar-Kada Hospitality and an authentic, modern-Italian menu with a Mediterranean touch from Chef Francesco Di Caudo.
Originally from Sicily, Italy, Chef Francesco Di Caudo has two decades of culinary experience. He trained in Michelin-rated restaurants in Rome and Paris before bringing his creative style to Las Vegas. Throughout his career, he has been awarded Chef of the Year and is currently a semifinalist for the 2023 James Beard Awards.
