Curio Brewing is the result of two visionaries, David Morris and Alex Wigton, who decided after many conversations that we could all use a little more beer and coffee in our lives! Located on Noah Drive in Franklin, you can find several cold brew coffee products as well as a unique selection of beer recipes in their modern taproom. Orange U Curious, an orange hazy IPA, Kilt the Cat, a Scottish ale and Woke, a coffee milk stout are a few choices on the menu.
Not only is Curio a fun stop for your favorite beverages, but they also host weekly events like Wednesday night trivia, pop-up classes, and interesting opportunities as these brewers are also trying to cultivate community in Franklin. One way they are accomplishing community building is by starting the Curio Jogging Association. Participants jog three-four miles on Tuesday mornings through downtown Franklin and then meet for coffee afterwards. On Saturdays, Curio hosts a free one-hour yoga session. What better way to get moving, meet new friends and have a cup or two!
You can often find food trucks like Ginger Pig, parked outside of Curio. In addition, Curio will also be utilizing local bakeries to provide food offerings. They are also in the process of obtaining a liquor license. Curio is building partnerships with businesses, other coffee shops, local churches, restaurants,
private events, and many other opportunities. They can source their coffee for just about any business or event.
Coffee subscriptions are also available on their website. With the coffee subscriptions, you can select your flavor of coffee and how often you’d like to receive it.
