James Palestini
Owner, Palestini Law
What is a personal belief that guides your business strategy?
Undoubtedly strong communication. This sets Palestini Law apart from other firms. When you call Palestini Law, you’re calling me directly. A lot of law firms will tell you that, but I mean it - I’m the only employee. From the very first time we talk until your case is settled, you only deal with me. I think that gives me a leg up in the industry, in that I never have to follow up with anyone... I’m with your case every step of the way.
Shelby Knoles
Principal Designer + Owner, P. Emerson Interiors
What personal traits have you found most valuable in navigating business challenges?
I genuinely love design. I spend my free time scouring for inspiration. I am also someone who “cares too much” which positively contributes to my company’s overall success. I care about the result and strive to create spaces as special to my clients as they are to me. I invest so much into my work, and when a client is fully trusting in the process, my creative processes can really shine, and we end up with something truly special.
Travis Wyatt
President/Creative Director, Unique Outdoor Designs LLC
How do your personal passions reflect your business philosophy?
My personal passions for creativity and lifelong learning significantly shape my business philosophy. I view innovation as essential for growth, encouraging an environment where new ideas are embraced and explored. This passion for creativity drives me to develop unique projects that set us apart. Additionally, my commitment to continuous learning fosters a culture of adaptability and improvement. I aim to not only respond to my client’s needs, but anticipate them, ensuring sustained success and relevance in a rapidly changing landscape.
