How do your personal and professional core values collide?
Integrity and transparency are core values for me and our company. Coupled with a desire for service and strong family values, these personal characteristics govern my approach to business and my relationship with my clients. I strive to put my best foot forward and be a problem solver. This lets me sleep well at night and has also resulted in earning new and repeat clients. My tenacity to complete challenging projects has defined my company's reputation for delivering customer success.

Why did you choose this career?
My journey into animal chiropractic started with our dog, Dakota. As a baby, she was 11 pounds, but eventually grew to 175 pounds. Her rapid growth took a toll on her hips, and by age four, she needed a full hip replacement—something we couldn’t afford as newlyweds. Refusing to give up, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in animal chiropractic school. Dakota proceeded to live five more joyful, pain-free years without surgery. Today, I’m honored to help other animals live healthier, happier lives.

How do you maintain balance in your life while pursuing ambitious goals?
Maintaining balance begins with clear priorities and boundaries. I intentionally dedicate time to family, personal health, and mindfulness, which fuel my ability to support others. Valuing delegation, I trust my team to handle responsibilities so I can focus on what matters most. I also say no to things that don’t align with my values or goals. I embrace "work-life integration" over "work-life balance," blending personal and professional commitments to create a sustainable rhythm that aligns with my values for long-term success.
