Highly Sought-After Features include wood floors (either real or laminate), a good layout, and a primary bedroom on the main is preferable. Good bathrooms and, depending on the price, at least one on the main, one primary and one upstairs. Most people would like a yard they can envision playing and hanging out in.

A nice open and updated kitchen is the most important selling point. When sellers ask me where to spend money to get the most out of their listing, kitchen is #1 on that list, closely followed by bathrooms. Buyers are looking for many things. The items at the top of most lists are open floor plan, updated/modern kitchen, and bathrooms with a walk-in shower. An RV bay is huge these days. A lot of new developments are requiring builders to include an RV bay.
