Neighborhood Storage and Workspace was created by local Northwest Arkansas business owners who needed more room for their growing ventures. What began as a search for practical storage solutions evolved into a flexible business hub where entrepreneurs, creators, and tradespeople can store inventory, operate businesses, and customize spaces without the expense of traditional commercial leases.

The People Behind the Spaces
The facility serves a wide range of tenants, including contractors, electricians, online retailers, craftsmen, vendors, creators, and growing startups. Brittany Wills, her husband Allen, and their team work closely with tenants to create spaces tailored to each business's needs. Their goal is simple: provide Northwest Arkansas entrepreneurs with the room and flexibility they need to grow.
