ATX City Lifestyle: What values were emphasized most in your household growing up, and how do those still shape who you are today?
Wingo: Family and consistency. I was always taught to stay humble and work hard. My values remain consistent with who I am and how my family raised me.
ATX City Lifestyle: A lot of people know Ryan Wingo the athlete, but how would your friends and family describe you away from football?
Wingo: I’m a loyal person; I’m someone who my friends and family can rely on. I’d hope to be described as someone they can always count on.
ATX City Lifestyle: What has your experience been like transitioning into life at The University of Texas at Austin and playing in such a high-profile football environment?
Wingo: The transition was smooth, and my teammates, coaches, and friends have
played a huge role in making my life here a great experience.
ATX City Lifestyle: College athletics today also involves branding, visibility, and public presence. How have you approached balancing football performance with building your
identity off the field?
Wingo: Football always comes first, but I enjoy opportunities to share who I am off the field. Partnering with Mizzen + Main is a natural fit because the brand aligns with my interests.

How would you personally define style?
Wingo: Style is a form of expression; everyone has their own style – I keep my style real to me… being comfortable and looking good.

culture. Is that something you enjoy exploring, or are you still growing into it?
Wingo: I enjoy fashion and finding pieces that feel true to who I am. I think there’s
always room to grow in anything you’re passionate about.

Wingo: I want my impact on the field to lead to championships and competing at the highest level, while continuing to make an impact off the field as someone young kids can look up to.
