Is there anything better than starting your day with a delicious, healthy, and energizing smoothie that is easy to make? I know mornings are busy, especially with kiddos, so I simplified my favorite green smoothie into a quick and easy recipe for you!
Kickstart your morning with this Green Energy Smoothie packed with nutrients to give you natural energy to get through your day. Whether you need a breakfast boost, quick pre-workout fuel, or a refreshing snack- it’s the pick-me up you need. Smoothies are good on the go or as an after-school snack for kids to get their greens and ditch the candy. Smoothies are a great way to incorporate fruit and vegetables for those picky eaters and are a great source of fiber, vitamins, and hydration while giving a quick and tasty nutrient boost. While other fruit smoothies are delicious and nutritious, I love the Green Energy Smoothie because it is an easy way to sneak in those hard-to-get greens. Packed with spinach and nutrient-rich fruits, it gives you a boost of vitamins, minerals, and fiber in every sip. Even if you're not a salad person, this smoothie makes it easy (and delicious) to get your greens. Working on hitting protein goals? Add your favorite protein powder to your smoothie.
Just blend, sip, and enjoy. Your body (and taste buds) will thank you!
