Instead, guests simply share their spirit of choice or flavor preference, and Vincent—who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and has worked across the globe—conjures something unforgettable.

One standout creation is the Blueberry & Lavender Martini, a cocktail that strikes the perfect balance between tart, floral, and subtly sweet. The drink is both visually striking and incredibly aromatic, and like everything at 215, it’s crafted with intention.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 1 oz Munyon’s Paw Paw

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 0.25 oz lavender syrup

  • 0.25 oz blueberry syrup

  • Garnish: lavender sprigs and orchid

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until well-chilled.

  3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig and edible orchid.
